By downloading, installing or using Star Quiz, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or the website.
2. Licence to use the app
QuizRift grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Star Quiz for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works except as permitted by law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app or website — including by attempting to disrupt or interfere with them, bypass security or access controls, scrape or harvest content, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
4. Quiz content
Quiz questions and answers are provided for entertainment and general-knowledge purposes. While we work hard to keep them accurate, we make no warranty that all content is error-free or current, and it should not be relied upon as professional advice.
5. Ads and third-party services
Star Quiz is free and supported by advertising served through third-party providers (such as Google AdMob). Your use of those services, and of any third-party links, is subject to their own terms and policies.
6. Intellectual property
Star Quiz, the Star Quiz and QuizRift names and logos, and all related design, text, graphics and software are owned by QuizRift or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Disclaimers
The app and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizRift will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app or website.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
